"Strigoi" adds a pleasant amount of obscure folklore to the vampire genre, but as it tries to emulate films like "Shaun of the Dead" it loses much in translation and comes off as inappropriately sophmoric. There is a sharp (Russian) political satire though, so it's not totally disappointing.
